I'm really am sorry for the lack of communication and the delay on getting your items sent out to you! The last month has just been a complete whirlwind for me. I've been stressed out trying to get a very important project handed in at college and ontop of doing 3 days a week at college, I'm working the other 4 full days. Work has been hectic as we're understaffed and trying to set up a new sale shop and my shifts have been getting changed at the last minute- sometimes literally 6pm when the shop shuts I've been told that I'm required to work at 8.30 the next day. My breaks at work are often staggered and I only get 30 minutes at a time which isn't enough time to get to a PO, and by the time I finish work it's after 6pm and everywhere is closed. I understand that this doesn't give me an excuse not to communicate with you over why there was a delay, and I'm sorry for that. TSUK, and the sales I was involved in, was pushed to the back of my mind which I realise is unacceptable. I'm going to be taking a break from selling until life has calmed down.
